Illinois Blower was founded in 1978 to fill the custom blower needs of the growing industrial manufacturing base in the Midwestern U.S. From inception, we have provided fan solutions to demanding applications that were beyond the capabilities of a standard, catalog fan manufacturer. Since 1978, we have grown to be a global provider of custom industrial fans & blowers to some of the largest companies in the world, with representative offices on most continents, service centers throughout the world, and installations around the globe.
Engineering, Manufacturing, and Testing
Illinois Blower engineers, manufactures, and tests all of our industrial blower fans to the most stringent standards. Our engineering expertise includes 3D modeling, Finite Element Analysis, and Fluid Flow Analysis. Our manufacturing capability includes state-of-the-art CNC machinery, AWS certified welders, and rigorous Quality Control procedures.
We have comprehensive testing capability to insure on-site performance reliability including:
- Dynamic Balancing to ANSI/ISO Standards
- ASME Non-Destructive Testing of Weld Quality
- Vibration Testing to ANSI/AMCA Standards
- Performance Testing for Flow, Pressure, Horsepower, Sound, and Temperature
